CATA's Directory

The CATA is funded by the National Agency for Research and Development (ANID) and is composed of 5 Universities: University of Chile (Hosting Institution); Pontifical Catholic University of Chile; University of Concepción; Diego Portales University; and Andrés Bello University.

About us

The Center of Excellence in Astrophysics and Related Technologies (CATA) is the largest national entity dedicated to the research and development of technologies related to astronomy in Chile.
